This Week at St Paul's

This Sunday we will have a cash collection for the community meals program.  The community meals serves our county with hot meals several days during the week.  Beginning on Sunday, February 26 and through Lent we have a cash collection for the world hunger appeal. 

This Sunday the Red Basket Kids and the Acolyte Group will visit the Holyoke Children's Museum.

Ash Wednesday service at St. Paul's will be on Wednesday, February 22 at 7:30 pm.

Our on-going collection of non-perishable single use items for the community meals continues.  The high school class prepare the takeout meals four times a year.  Our goal is 1,000 bags a year.  A good source of food items has been the Dollar Tree store in Greenfield.  However, it is closing and hoping to find another location in Greenfield.  meanwhile food can be found at the Family Dollar store in Greenfield for comparable pricing. 

Check the door to hospitality room for sign-ups for our May trip to Howe and Secret Caverns in New York.

Do you knit, quilt, sew, or crochet?  If so Project Linus needs you!  This program enlists people to make blankets and afghans.  For more information email A Notion to Quilt or call Deborah Jurek at 774-7164.  Project Linus has donated over 4 million handmade blankets in the last 15 years!
